Ese es el desafío fijado por los organizadores del Global Service Jam, un evento de que pretende aglutinar a equipos multidisciplinares alrededor del mundo con un mismo fin, crear nuevos conceptos de servicios. Basado en el concepto musical JAM session es, en estado puro, un ejercicio de improvisación creativa, donde nuevas ideas serán descubiertas “learning by doing”.

Hangzhou City, the provincial capital of Zhejiang province, is a well-known historical and cultural city in China. The Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City, located at the Yuhang district of the city, is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization.
Well known for beautiful natural landscapes, Hangzhou City has attracted numerous visitors of all ages, with a famous ancient Chinese saying “there is heaven above, and Suzhou and Hangzhou below”.

Hangzhou service jam will be host at an amazing place, Alor Valley. Alor valley locates in national wet land park in Hangzhou and has a wonderful landscape. Of course, you also will meet a lot of nice people here and then maybe many inteteresting things will happen between you and them.
We design, plan and organize this event compeletely based on service design tools. From the beginning to the end, not only a normal procedure of service design you will go through and practice, but also some amazing surprises will be offered.

Hosted by Shanghai Successful Design which have hosted more than 5 sessions global jams and contributed significant value to service design. The Global Service Jam has been in Hong Kong since 2017 and after we had to postpone our Jam in 2020, we are more excited than ever to throw a big Jam party in 2021! We will be jamming with the city's best mentors & speakers so don't miss out.

Jamun is an India-based country-wide Jam and an event of the Global Service Jam (#GSJam), a worldwide service design hackathon. It will take place from Friday the 12th to Sunday the 14th of March, with jammers collaborating, learning, creating, and expanding their networks.

During the jam, you will team up with people from different fields, backgrounds and experiences. You will be guided through the design-based approach to change in a fun and intense program. You will get a chance to learn about remote workshopping, online tools, prototyping and design research.

An event for innovators in Gaziantep City on 16-17 June 2021 to develop new innovative services. It targets people who is working on service design, students, academics (20 - 30) years old, and Entrepreneurs.It helps the participants to define services in their academic or professional fields to work on by gathering as many ideas as possible, and innovating and design services in less than 48 hours.

Global Service Jam, which was initiated in 2011 and spread all over the world since then, has reached more than 15,000 people with more than 900 events in over 200 cities. Istanbul Service Jam has been organized since its inception and at ATOLYE for the 4th time, and has developed many collaborations with other editions around the world. The event is open for everyone interested in areas such as service design, interaction design, UX and CX. We’re looking for people, involved in an experimental spirit, aims to think, produce, prototype, test and work around a global theme for 48 hours.
